شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) لَوْ قِيلَ لَهُ (أَخَلَّيْتَهَا؟ ، وَنَحْوَهُ) مِنْ الْكِنَايَاتِ (فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ فَكِنَايَةٌ) أَيْ: نَوَى بِهِ الطَّلَاقَ وَقَعَ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا ; لِأَنَّ السُّؤَالَ كَالْمُعَادِ فِي الْجَوَابِ
