شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَعَتَقَ فِي ذَلِكَ) أَيْ: الْمَذْكُورِ مِنْ الصُّوَرِ (كَطَلَاقٍ) فَإِنْ أُضِيفَ الْعِتْقُ إلَى مَا تَطْلُقُ بِهِ الْمَرْأَةُ كَيَدِهَا وَقَعَ وَإِلَّا فَلَا كَشَعْرِهَا.

[فَصْلٌ فِيمَا تُخَالِفُ بِهِ الزَّوْجَةُ الْمَدْخُولُ بِهَا غَيْرِهَا] أَيْ: الَّتِي لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهَا
