شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ قَالَ لَهَا (أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ فِي أَوَّلِ الشَّهْرِ فَبِدُخُولِهِ) تَطْلُقُ أَيْ بِغُرُوبِ شَمْسِ آخِرِ يَوْمٍ مِنْ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ.
