(وَلَا يَقَعُ) غَيْرُ طَلْقَةٍ (بِتَكَرُّرِهِ) أَيْ الْقِيَامِ لِانْحِلَالِ التَّعْلِيقِ بِالْأُولَى (إلَّا مَعَ كُلَّمَا) فَيَقَعُ بِتَكَرُّرِهِ لِمَا سَبَقَ
