(وَكَذَا) تَطْلُقُ فِي الْحَالِ بِقَوْلِهِ (إنْ) قُمْتِ وَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ (أَوْ لَوْ قُمْتِ وَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ) ; لِأَنَّ الْوَاوَ لَا يُجَابُ بِهَا الشَّرْطُ
