(وَيَقَعُ بِمَنْ) أَيْ بِزَوْجَةٍ (لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا) وَقَالَ لَهَا ذَلِكَ الطَّلْقَةُ (الْمُنَجَّزَةُ فَقَطْ) ; لِأَنَّهَا تَبِينُ بِهَا.
