شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(لَا) يَقَعُ الطَّلَاقُ (إنْ مَاتَ) زَيْدٌ (أَوْ غَابَ أَوْ جُنَّ قَبْلَهَا) أَيْ الْمَشِيئَةِ ; لِأَنَّ الشَّرْطَ لَمْ يُوجَدْ.
