بَابُ التَّأْوِيلِ فِي الْحَلِفِ بِطَلَاقٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ] (وَهُوَ) أَيْ التَّأْوِيلُ (أَنْ يُرِيدَ) مُتَكَلِّمٌ (بِلَفْظِهِ مَا) أَيْ مَعْنَى (يُخَالِفُ ظَاهِرَهُ) أَيْ اللَّفْظِ

باب: التأويل في الحلف] هذا (باب) يذكر فيه (التأويل في الحلف. وهو) أي: والتأويل في الحلف: (أن يريد) الحلف (بلفظٍ) أي: باللفظ الصادر منه (ما) أي: معنى (يخالف ظاهره) أي: ظاهر لفظه.
