(وَكَذَا لَوْ) قَالَ لَهُ: قُلْ إنْ فَعَلْت كَذَا فَأَنَا مُظَاهِرٌ مِنْ زَوْجَتِي و (نَوَى بِمُظَاهِرٍ) قَائِلًا (اُنْظُرْ أَيَّنَا أَشَدُّ ظَهْرًا) لَمْ يَحْنَثْ.
