(وَيُضْرَبُ لِمُولٍ وَلَوْ) كَانَ (قِنًّا) لِدُخُولِهِ فِي عُمُومِ الْآيَةِ (مُدَّةَ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ مِنْ يَمِينِهِ) لِلْآيَةِ فَلَا تَفْتَقِرُ إلَى ضَرْبِ حَاكِمٍ كَالْعِدَّةِ
