(وَيَسْقُطُ) مَا لَزِمَهُ بِقَذْفِهَا (بِتَصْدِيقِهَا إيَّاهُ) أَوْ بِإِقَامَةِ الْبَيِّنَةِ عَلَيْهَا بِهِ كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ الْمَقْذُوفُ غَيْرَهَا.
