(وَلَهُ) أَيْ لِمَنْ أَنْكَرَ لِعَانَهُ بِالْإِشَارَةِ بَعْدَ أَنْ نَطَقَ (أَنْ يُلَاعِنَ لَهُمَا) أَيْ إسْقَاطِ الْحَدِّ وَنَفْيِ النَّسَبِ

(وله) أي: ولمن لاعن بالإشارة ثم نطق وأنكر، وقلنا لا يقبل إنكاره فيما عليه من حد أو نسب (أن يلاعن لهما) أي: لإسقاط الحد ونفي نسب الولد.
