(وَإِنْ مَاتَ الْوَلَدُ فَلَهُ لِعَانُهَا وَنَفْيُهُ) بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ لِتَحَقُّقِ شُرُوطِهِ أَيْ اللِّعَانِ بِدُونِ الْوَلَدِ.
