شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَتَنْقَضِي الْعِدَّةُ) لِلْوَفَاةِ (بِمُضِيِّ الزَّمَانِ) الَّذِي تَنْقَضِي بِهِ الْعِدَّةُ (حَيْثُ كَانَتْ) ; لِأَنَّ الْمَكَانَ لَيْسَ شَرْطًا لِصِحَّةِ الِاعْتِدَادِ.

(وتنقضي العدة) أي: عدة المتوفى عنها (بمضي الزمان) الذي تنقضي به العدة (حيث كانت) أي: في أي مكان، لأن المكان ليس شرطا لصحة الاعتداد.
