(وَإِنْ امْتَنَعَ مَنْ) أَيْ زَوْجٌ أَوْ مُبِينٌ (لَزِمَتْهُ سُكْنَى) زَوْجَتِهِ أَوْ مُبَانَتِهِ الْحَامِلِ (أُجْبِرَ) أَيْ أَجْبَرَهُ الْحَاكِمُ بِطَلَبِ مَنْ وَجَبَتْ لَهَا كَسَائِرِ الْحُقُوقِ عَلَيْهِ
