(وَمَتَى وَلَدَتْ لِسِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَأَكْثَرَ) مُنْذُ مَلَكَهَا (فَأُمُّ وَلَدٍ وَلَوْ أَنْكَرَ الْوَلَدَ بَعْدَ أَنْ يُقِرَّ بِوَطْئِهَا) ; لِأَنَّهَا صَارَتْ فِرَاشًا لَهُ بِوَطْئِهَا، وَالْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ
