(وَلَا يَسْقُطُ) الْمَهْرُ (بَعْدَهُ) أَيْ الدُّخُولِ بِوَطْءٍ أَوْ خَلْوَةٍ وَنَحْوِهِمَا مِمَّا يُقَرِّرُهُ لِتَقَرُّرِهِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولا يسقط) المهر (بعده) أي: بعد الدخول؛ لأن المهر إذا تقرر بالخلوة أو الوطء لا يسقط بعد ذلك. ولهذا من وطئ امرأة بشبهة تقرر عليها مهرها بدليل قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" فلها المهر بما استحل من فرجها" . فجعل المهر في مقابلة الوطء فلا يسقط بحال.
