(لَا) تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَةُ (أُمِّهِ وَلَا) شَهَادَةُ (بِنْتِهِ) مِنْ نَسَبٍ عَلَيْهَا كَسَائِرِ شَهَادَاتِ الْأَصْلِ وَالْفُرُوعِ لِوَلَدِهِ وَوَالِدِهِ
