(وَلَوْ ادَّعَتْ أَمَةٌ أُخُوَّةَ) سَيِّدِهَا لَهَا (بَعْدَ وَطْئِهِ) لَهَا مُطَاوَعَةً (لَمْ يُقْبَلْ) قَوْلُهَا مُطْلَقًا لِدَلَالَةِ تَمْكِينِهَا عَلَى كَذِبِهَا.
