وَنَفَقَةُ مُكْرًى ومُعَارٍ عَلَى مُكْرٍ وَمُعِيرٍ

شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti
(وَنَفَقَةُ) خَادِمٍ (مُكْرًى وَ) خَادِمٍ (مُعَارٍ عَلَى مُكْرٍ وَمُعِيرٍ) لَهُ ; لِأَنَّ الْمُكْرِيَ لَيْسَ لَهُ إلَّا الْأُجْرَةُ، وَالْمُعِيرُ لَا تَسْقُطُ عَنْهُ النَّفَقَةُ بِإِعَارَتِهِ
