(الْمُنَقِّحُ مَا لَمْ تَسْتَدِنْ) حَامِلٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِ (بِإِذْنِ حَاكِمٍ أَوْ تُنْفِقْ بِنِيَّةِ الرُّجُوعِ انْتَهَى) فَتَرْجِعُ لِتَفْوِيتِهَا فِي الْأُولَى بِإِذْنِ حَاكِمٍ وَلِأَدَائِهَا عَنْهُ وَاجِبًا فِي الثَّانِيَة وَفِيهِ شَيْءٌ
