(وَإِنْ اسْتَوَى اثْنَانِ فَأَكْثَرَ فِيهَا) كَأَخَّيْنِ فَأَكْثَرَ أَوْ أُخْتَيْنِ فَأَكْثَرَ (أُقْرِعَ) بَيْنَهُمَا أَوْ بَيْنَهُمْ ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا مُرَجِّحَ غَيْرُهَا
