النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(وقص شعره) أي: إزالته ولو بالقص والإحراق والنورة من أي مكان كان مباشرة أو تمكينًا وخص الحلق بالرأس والقص بالشعر لأنه المطلوب في حق غير المحرم لكنه منع منه لقوله تعالى: {ولا تحلقوا رؤوسكم} الآية، دل بعبادته على النهي عن حلق الرأس وبدلالته عن حلق شعر البدن قال الحلبي: ويستثنى من ذلك قلع الشعر النابت في العثن فقد ذكر بعض المشايخ أنه لا شيء فيه (و) قلم (ظفره) لأن في كل ذلك إزالة الشعث وقضاء التفث.
