(وَأَكْثَرُهُ عَشَرَةٌ) لِمَا رَوَيْنَا وَهُوَ حُجَّةٌ عَلَى الشَّافِعِيِّ فِي تَقْدِيرِ الْأَقَلِّ بِيَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ وَالْأَكْثَرِ بَخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا وَعَلَى قَوْلِ أَبِي يُوسُفَ فِي تَقْدِيرِ الْأَقَلِّ بِيَوْمَيْنِ وَأَكْثَرَ الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ وَعَلَى قَوْلِ مَالِكٍ بِسَاعَةٍ قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -
