تبيين الحقائقal-Zayla'i

(وَفِي مَالٍ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ دِرْهَمٍ) يَعْنِي إذَا قَالَ لِفُلَانٍ عَلَيَّ مَالٌ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ دِرْهَمٍ؛ لِأَنَّ مَا دُونَهُ مِنْ الْكُسُورِ لَا يُطْلَقُ عَلَيْهِ اسْمُ الْمَالِ عَادَةً وَهُوَ الْمُعْتَبَرُ قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -
