(قَالَ سُدُسُ مَالِي لِفُلَانٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ ثُلُثُ مَالِي لَهُ لَهُ ثُلُثُ مَالِهِ) لِأَنَّ الثُّلُثَ مُتَضَمِّنٌ لِلسُّدُسِ فَيَدْخُلُ فِيهِ فَلَا يَتَنَاوَلُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ.
