(وَإِنْ لَمْ تَظْهَرْ لَهُ عَلَامَةٌ أَوْ تَعَارَضَتْ فَمُشْكَلٌ) لِعَدَمِ مَا يُوجِبُ التَّرْجِيحَ، وَعَنْ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ يَعُدُّ أَضْلَاعَهُ فَإِنَّ أَضْلَاعَ الرَّجُلِ تَزِيدُ عَنْ أَضْلَاعِ الْمَرْأَةِ بِوَاحِدَةٍ.
