قال في (الهداية) والدقيق أولى من البر والدراهم أولى من الدقيق فيما يروى عن أبي يوسف وهو اختيار أبي جعفر لأنه أدفع للحاجة وعن الأعمش تفضيل الحنطة لأنه أبعد من الخلاف وقال الحدادي والقنوي: إن أدى القيمة أفضل انتهى.
