(قَالَ) : وَلَعَلَّهُ يَلْزَمُهُ لَوْ غَصَبَ ثَمَرَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْطَعَهَا أَوْ تَعَدَّى فِيهَا عَلَيْهِ وَالٍ فَأَخَذَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ صَدَقَتِهِ.:
