(وَلَوْ وَصَّى بِعِتْقِ نَسَمَةٍ بِأَلْفٍ، فَأَعْتَقُوا) ؛ أَيْ: الْوَرَثَةُ نَسَمَةً بِخَمْسِمِائَةٍ؛ لَزِمَهُمْ عِتْقُ نَسَمَةٍ (أُخْرَى بِخَمْسِمِائَةٍ) حَيْثُ احْتَمَلَ الثُّلُثُ الْأَلْفَ اسْتِدْرَاكًا لِبَاقِي الْوَاجِبِ.
