(وَ) إنْ قَالَ: ضَعُوا عَنْهُ (أَكْثَرَ مَا عَلَيْهِ وَمِثْلَ نِصْفِهِ؛ وُضِعَ) مِنْهُ (فَوْقَ نِصْفِهِ وَفَوْقَ رُبُعِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: مَا عَلَيْهِ بِحَيْثُ يَكُونُ نِصْفَ الْمَوْضُوعِ أَوَّلًا، وَذَلِكَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَرْبَاعٍ وَأَدْنَى زِيَادَةٍ.
