(وَ) إنْ وَصَّى (لِثَلَاثَةٍ بِمِثْلِ أَنْصِبَاءِ بَنِيهِ الثَّلَاثَةِ، فَ) التَّرِكَةُ (بَيْنَهُمْ عَلَى سِتَّةٍ إنْ أَجَازُوا) ؛ أَيْ: الْأَبْنَاءُ (وَ) تَكُونُ التَّرِكَةُ بَيْنَهُمْ (مِنْ تِسْعَةٍ إنْ رَدُّوا) ؛ أَيْ: الْأَبْنَاءُ الثَّلَاثَةُ.
