(وَإِنْ أُجِيزَ لِصَاحِبِ النِّصْفِ وَحْدَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: دُونَ الْمُوصَى لَهُ بِالْكُلِّ (فَلَهُ النِّصْفُ) لِأَنَّهُ لَا مُزَاحِمَ لَهُ فِيهِ (وَلِصَاحِبِ الْمَالِ تُسْعَانِ) لِأَنَّ لَهُ ثُلْثَيْ الثُّلُثِ وَهُمَا ذَلِكَ
