(وَ) إنْ وَصَّى (بِبِنَاءِ مَسْجِدٍ فَلَمْ يَجِدْ) الْوَصِيُّ (عَرْصَتَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: أَرْضًا يَبْنِيهَا مَسْجِدًا (لَمْ يَجُزْ شِرَاءُ عَرْصَةٍ يَزِيدُهَا بِمَسْجِدٍ صَغِيرٍ) نَصًّا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِعْلًا لِمَا أُمِرَ بِهِ،
