(وَلَوْ كَانَ الْأَبُ نَكَحَ الْأُمَّ) وَابْنُهُ بِنْتَهَا (فَوَلَدُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْأَبِ (عَمُّ وَلَدِ ابْنِهِ وَخَالُهُ) فَيُعَايَا بِهَا.
