(فَإِنْ كَانُوا) أَيْ: الْإِخْوَةُ (مِثْلَيْهِ اسْتَوَى لَهُ الْأَمْرَانِ) وَذَلِكَ فِي ثَلَاثِ صُوَرٍ: كَجَدٍّ وَ (أَخَوَيْنِ، أَوْ) جَدٍّ وَ (أَرْبَعِ أَخَوَاتٍ) أَوْ جَدٍّ وَأَخٍ وَأُخْتَيْنِ، وَحَيْثُ اسْتَوَى لَهُ الْأَمْرَانِ؛ فَسَمِّ لَهُ مَا شِئْت مِنْهُمَا
