(وَإِنْ قَالَ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ لَا حَاجَةَ لِي بِالْمِيرَاثِ اقْتَسَمَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمِيرَاثَ (بَقِيَّةُ الْوَرَثَةِ، وَيُوقَفُ سَهْمُهُ) نَصًّا، لِأَنَّ الْإِرْثَ قَهْرِيٌّ. [
