(وَإِنْ ظَهَرَ بَعْضُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْجَنِينِ (فَاسْتَهَلَّ) ؛ أَيْ: صَوَّتَ (ثُمَّ انْفَصَلَ مَيِّتًا فَكَمَا لَوْ لَمْ يَسْتَهِلَّ) ؛ أَيْ: كَمَا لَوْ خَرَجَ مَيِّتًا فَلَا يَرِثُ.
