[فَرْعٌ أَحَبَّتْ حَائِضٌ قَضَاءَ الصَّلَاةِ الَّتِي تَرَكَتْهَا أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا] (فَرْعٌ: لَوْ أَحَبَّتْ حَائِضٌ قَضَاءَ الصَّلَاةِ)

الَّتِي تَرَكَتْهَا أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا: (فَظَاهِرُ نَقْلِ الْأَثْرَمُ) عَنْ الْإِمَامِ أَحْمَدَ: (الْمَنْعُ) مِنْ الْقَضَاءِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِوَاجِبٍ وَلَا مُسْتَحَبٍّ.

[فَصْلٌ الْمُبْتَدَأَةُ بِدَمٍ أَوْ صُفْرَةٍ أَوْ كُدْرَةٍ] (فَصْلٌ)
