(أَوْ عَلَّقَ إبَانَةَ) زَوْجَةٍ (ذِمِّيَّةٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ عَلَى إسْلَامٍ أَوْ عِتْقٍ) فَأَسْلَمَتْ أَوْ عَتَقَتْ (أَوْ عَلِمَ) الزَّوْجُ (أَنَّ سَيِّدَهَا) ؛ أَيْ: زَوْجَتِهِ الْأَمَةِ (عَلَّقَ عِتْقَهَا بِغَدٍ، فَأَبَانَهَا الْيَوْمَ، أَوْ أَقَرَّ) فِي مَرَضِهِ
