(وَتَرِثُ مَنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا مَرِيضٌ مُضَارَّةً) لِوَرَثَتِهِ أَوْ بَعْضِهِمْ (لِنَقْصِ إرْثِ غَيْرِهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ لَهُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ؛
