(وَحَرُمَ نَظَرٌ لِشَهْوَةٍ أَوْ مَعَ خَوْفِ ثَوَرَانِهَا) أَيْ: الشَّهْوَةِ نَصًّا (لِأَحَدٍ مِمَّنْ ذَكَرْنَا) أَيْ: مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَخُنْثَى غَيْرِ زَوْجَةٍ وَسُرِّيَّةٍ؛ لِمَا فِي النَّظَرِ مِنْ الدُّعَاءِ إلَى الْفِتْنَةِ
