(وَحَرُمَ خَلْوَةُ غَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ) بِذَاتِ مَحْرَمِهِ (عَلَى الْجَمِيعِ مُطْلَقًا) أَيْ: بِشَهْوَةٍ وَدُونِهَا وَ (كَرَجُلٍ) وَاحِدٍ يَخْلُو (مَعَ عَدَدٍ مِنْ نِسَاءٍ وَعَكْسُهُ) بِأَنْ يَخْلُوَ عَدَدٌ مِنْ رِجَالٍ بِامْرَأَةٍ (وَلَوْ) كَانَتْ خَلْوَتُهُمْ (بِرَتْقَاءَ) لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ
