(وَابْنُ الْجَوْزِيِّ قَالَ: الْقَسْمُ غَيْرُ وَاجِبٍ) عَلَيْهِ. قَالَ الشَّيْخُ تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ فِي الْمُسَوَّدَةِ: وَأُبِيحَ لَهُ تَرْكُ الْقَسْمِ، قَسْمِ الِابْتِدَاءِ وَقَسْمِ الِانْتِهَاءِ. قَالَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَالْقَاضِي فِي " الْجَامِعِ "
