(وَ) كَانَ (لِنَبِيِّنَا) - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - (التَّزَوُّجُ بِلَفْظِ هِبَةٍ) دُونَ غَيْرِهِ، كَمَا كَانَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ بِلَا مَهْرٍ؛ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَامْرَأَةً مُؤْمِنَةً إِنْ وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ} الْآيَةَ.
