وَكَذَا لَوْ أَشَارَ إلَيهَا وَسَمَّاهَا بِغَيرِ اسْمِهَا،

(وَكَذَا لَوْ أَشَارَ إلَيْهَا وَسَمَّاهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا) بِأَنْ قَالَ: زَوَّجْتُك بِنْتِي فَاطِمَةَ هَذِهِ
