(فَيُزَوِّجُ أَمَةً) لِأُنْثَى (مَحْجُورٍ عَلَيْهَا) لِصِغَرٍ أَوْ جُنُونٍ أَوْ سَفَهٍ (وَلِيُّهَا فِي مَالِهَا) لِمَصْلَحَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَمَةَ مَالٌ، وَالتَّزْوِيجَ تَصَرُّفٌ فِيهِ؛
