(فَإِنْ أَخَّرَ) الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ طُهْرِهِ، (وَلَوْ) كَانَ التَّأْخِيرُ (لِغَيْرِ حَاجَةٍ لَمْ يَضُرَّ) مَا دَامَ الْوَقْتُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُتَطَهِّرٌ كَالْمُتَيَمِّمِ،
