(فَإِنْ مَاتَتْ) الزَّوْجَةُ (قَبْلَ دُخُولٍ) لَمْ تَحْرُمْ بَنَاتُهَا؛ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ} (أَوْ أَبَانَهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةَ (بَعْدَ خَلْوَةٍ وَقَبْلَ وَطْءٍ لَمْ يُحَرَّمْنَ) أَيْ بَنَاتُهَا لِلْآيَةِ، وَالْخَلْوَةُ لَا تُسَمَّى دُخُولًا
