مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُبَاحُ) وَطْؤُهَا (إذَنْ) ، أَيْ: حِينَ خَوْفِ الْعَنَتِ، (وَلَوْ لِقَادِرٍ عَلَى نِكَاحِ غَيْرِهَا) خِلَافًا لِابْنِ عَقِيلٍ؛ لِأَنَّ حُكْمَهُ أَخَفُّ مِنْ حُكْمِ الْحَيْضِ وَمُدَّتُهُ تَطُولُ.
